Allow Class Schedule to Sync with Parent's Calendar

Allow parents to sync the class they've signed up for with their calendar so that they can keep track of what time they are scheduled to be at dance.

    This already exists... if a dancer is signed up for a class, the class automatically shows up in their personal calendars through the parent portal.
