It took me 3 emails to DSP to find out that in order to see how much sales tax had been paid to me would be determined by running a report called "Items Sold by Date Summary". It would be helpful if the reports were named more accurately. I tried 3 different reports with "sales tax" in the name that did not show me what had been paid in sales tax. The one that does show me, doesn't have sales tax in the name and is not under the billing section of reports. Please clean up reports in general. They are a confusing mess.
Thank you for this comment. It was very helpful to find that the sales tax report is incorrect. I was searching all over the system trying to find out why or how tuition was showing as being taxed when we do not have it set up that way.
