Hi! I recently upgraded to Elite. I have tested out Studio Chat, and sent myself messages. I have allowed every type of notification on the app on my phone setings. I still am not receiving a notification, and when I go into the portal app I can only find the message when I click on chat, then click on the three bars on the left. What am I missing?
You may need to remove and redownload the app. Please reach out to DSP Support for more help with this!
