When a parent creates a new account in their Parent Portal, give the administrator the option to automatically send a 'Welcome to your Parent Portal' email.
I have been doing this manually, and thought it would be a great way to welcome the new parent, and see if they have questions etc.
Hi! This is already an option! Head to More > Settings > Portal Settings > Options, then scroll down to the Sign Up Email Intro and Message. This will automatically be sent when someone creates an account. I hope this helps!
