Change bulk lead options

It would be nice to have the ability to change selected leads in a bulk fashion. Whether it's changing the stage, campaign or source, it would be nice to do this in one click instead of having to go into each individual lead. I have a stage created for missed opportunities (such as leads who missed our Open house event) and I want to send an automation to them. To do that I have to go to each lead, change the stage to the missed opportunity stage. I have over 150 leads to process this way and that's very daunting!
