When I register a student manually in a class using Registration Manager, they receive an email confirmation with the details of their registration. But when I register a student manually for a TRIAL, there is no history of the system ever sending a confirmation to their parents. I'm also not sure that the system sends the Personal Assistant reminder email for trials, unless the parent schedules the trial themselves. Could you please make the confirmation emails go out regardless of who schedules the trial?
This would be so helpful!!!! Makes no sense why the reminder can't be for both online and those we set up.
