Tuition charges applied are made itemised to parents on statements - great! However if you make amendments to their transactions and resend a statement - this itemised list doesn't change!! Even if the charge does - huge issue that needs looking into.
I have only just realised this happens!
Example below:
Student enrols in Term 3 Season for X, Y Z. Something happens in life schedule and student needs to withdraw from class Z.
Updated transaction on parent account (to reflect no charge for the withdrawn class)
Sends parent updated statement: itemised class Z still listed even though removed from transaction details (IE transaction details and statement do not match)!
