Change "Payment history" in the portal segments to "account Details"

The parents have no idea where to look for the details of their account statements (charges made to the account like costumes, recital fee, reg fee etc) The words payment history make us assume that that is a list of payment sWE have made to account not the DETAILS of the account. I spend many hours telling parents about this!
