Let's say that a dancer misses a Monday Ballet class the first week of the month. Our policy is that they can makeup in any class that is their level and age regardless of discipline within four weeks - just pickup a makeup slip from the front desk. The dancer comes in and does a makeup in one of our HipHop classes. That's great! The makeup is complete. BUT, let's say the dancer comes in the following week and gets another makeup slip from a different person at the front desk than they did when they did the makeup in HipHop. How can this other front desk employee quickly audit their attendance to see if they have performed their makeup for the absence. We can see that they were absent for that first week Monday but can we see when and where the makeup was performed?

I am unable to find an article about this in the KBase. We are pushing to start using the attendance system in DSP as many instructors want to use it. A feature like this would be a huge sell to the authorities deciding process and policy in our studio. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
