Schedule a payment but not use payment plan

Can you please allow us to scheudule a payment (most times one off) using the 'Credit Card Payment' button rather than having to set up a payment plan? It can be quite a nuisance having to set up a payment plan for a payment. It would be much easier (and more logical) to be able to schedule a payment. A payment plan is for a long term situation, such as Term tuition. Thanking you
