It is very difficult to track the details of revenue streams when all tuition gets lumped together and would be wonderful that when we create the class if we could assign a transaction code to that class created. So then I could pull a report and see what income all my "Ballet Classes" brought in and the income that the transaction code "Jazz Classes" brought in as well. Love DSP but the financial reporting side needs a lot of help in terms of making us be able to track our numbers well.
This seams like it would be an easy fix, Studio Pro, where are we on this issue? When you create a class in a season, add a drop down menu that populates with current Transaction Codes.
Just like the name of the class, it can be searched, your current reports can pull up the totals associated with that transaction code. I personally don't even care if it separates the tuition in auto-pay, just need it for reports so we can see our Acro classes are as profitable as our ballet classes, etc...
