So many customers when they go to book a trial in the system in the portal, miss seeing or cant easily identify the 'hyperlink 'schedule a trial' that sits currently under the class name. They tick the box and then realise once they are asked to pay the term theyve done something wrong, then they call me! Could we please have the schedule a trial in another colour so it stands out or positioned better so that people looking to book a trial for a class see it very easily.
This is happening to us all the time!! I've three people enrol instead of book trials. Although we spell it out in our email to enquiries, they all Tick the box next to the class. Can trial be moved to next to enrol / drop in / TRIAL and remove the hyperlink all together?!
