I am an administrator for our studio & I handle all the sub coverage for both our front desk & teachers. We currently have a sub calendar (Google Doc) that I use to manage/view all subbing, as well as for staff/instructors to sign off on. We have found this greatly minimizes any "who is supposed to be subbing?" issues. My boss asked if I could look into if Studio Pro has any similar feature. I found the one where I can list a sub for a class however, sometimes it's not always that same person depending on the date. Would something like this be possible to build? Any suggestions welcome!
