A report you can run where you select the time period (whatever your payroll period is) and it will auto-calculate each instructor's pay for the specific period to include all privates and classes on the schedule. We have already entered their different pay rates so it should be an easy report to calculate, just pulling the info from the system.
Additionally, it could have the feature to include front desk or admin hours when logged as well as a feature to record a substitute (subtract the time from the scheduled teacher and transfer to the sub). Also if there are no classes due to a holiday we could enter that and it would recalculate. This would be all inclusive and eliminate the mobil time clock (unless being used for office hours) I do not think teachers should need to manually clock in for their regularly scheduled classes, that should be automated.
