Need a report that shows students with "charge this amount even when not enrolled in classes"

I need a report that will show all students with the box checked "charge this amount even when not enrolled in classes" on their tuition summary. I do use the fixed tuition report to update each season, but I need to see all students with full tuition override. When the fixed tuition is zeroed out after the season ends, this box does not uncheck itself on their profile and then they are set to "$0.00" tuition even when enrolled in classes. How can I find this information without accessing all active and inactive students which is unrealistic?
