I would love to see an auto message/email setting for when rolls aren’t marked. Once the class is finished - and if the roll isn't marked - it would notify the teacher
“Hey Miss Cindy - you forgot to mark junior jazz roll today”.
So simple and would really help with managing attendance.
Further to that, an automated email to the studio owner/manager showing who didn't mark that week would also be helpful.
I know that this is all available on the dashboard, but I would love to see automation!
Brilliant Idea. I would also add if they left a student unmarked. Often we have blanks because they don't go back and check students who arrived late or never showed, but they expected them.
YES! YES! YES! I spend a few HOURS each and EVERY WEEK tracking with the Class Dashboard Report to find out who has not done their attendance, and then sending emails to each one of them to tell them which classes they need to update, and then reviewing that list the following week to check if they have actually done so, and so on, and so on. IN ADDITION to the above feature, please set-up an if-then-else clause to recheck for completion and have an automated follow-up email every 1 week after that the class remains incomplete. TY! TY! TY!
