Parent Portal Email Customization - all from parent page

We typically send a welcome email to new parents with details about the studio. In that email, I must indicate they will be receiving a SECOND EMAIL WITH THEIR LOG IN for their portal. It would be nice to be able to do all of that right from the parents page and not have to announce they should be on the lookout for a second email. That second email could get buried or better yet, the first so the email link doesn't make sense.
