I was helping a parent purchase tickets and we had to "go back" on the purchase portal to input a discount code. There was no way to click into a cart to see what tickets she had already reserved. We had to wait for the reserved seats to time out and then refresh the screen in order to reselect and purchase. It took way longer than it needed to.
