it would be nice to have the option to take off the phone verification to login. My sister and I both login to DSP on multiple devices and I always have to ask her for the code. It was easier when we didn’t have that.
In order to comply with modern internet security requirements and to ensure your studio platform is as secure as possible, we must have multi-factor authentication in place. It is also strongly recommended that each staff member that needs access to DSP should have their own user account; that will prevenet 1 person from recieving the codes and ensure that you are following best practices for your studio staff.
Very inconvenient and frustrating to get randomly asked for the code when I'm in the middle of a class and the phone number associated belongs to my business partner. Who asked for this anyway?
