Have an ineligible list option in registration details

Occasionally, a dancer is just better served when they don't track with school age peers, and it would be best to just be able to block that individual from classes, making them ineligible for a class. Way easier than creating a list of eligible students, especially for a beginner class that is open by age. Thanks!
