Need a cancel class option and open text option to state why the class was cancelled. Then the option to schedule those students for a make up class. Marking the students absent for a class that has been cancelled due to weather, teacher out, whatever reason is turly not an absent on the student. It is a cancelled class. Marking the class as a NO CLASS DATE is not an option as you cannot offer or schedule make up classes for those students.
Yes! It would be nice to have a button that would mark the class as canceled for that day and then an auto email that sends out to notify parents (if you have that set up of course).
