Create Packages

My idea behind packages would be that you could let people sign up for a package deal that could be based on levels or stages or a custom label. So let's say you had a "Beginner" package. That might include only one class per week plus a t-shirt. Or you could have an "Advanced" level package (perhaps you have to complete pre-requisites or attain a skill to get here) that includes 3 or more classes per week (they choose from a pool of designated times) plus 1 scheduled private training session plus a t-shirt.

We, the admins, would be able to assign certain classes, products, or other items to be available to certain levels or packages.
