Email confirmation to parent once student added to waiting list

Please send an email to parents after they add a student to the waiting list. When people add themselves to a waiting list, currently do not get any type of confirmation. It's leading to about 5 emails to us per day asking - "I clicked it but nothing happened. Is she added??"
