It is too difficult for students to log in and figure out how to punch their card rather than enroll into the class. There are too many steps. It should be right under the "Punch Card" button. There should be a calendar set up and a list of classes for that day. Similar to MindBody.
Students should log into their portals. Click Punch Cards. Click the Date & Select the classes they wish to use their punches for.
Teachers also need to be able to manually punch students into class if they have forgotten. On the Class Manager, Teachers should be able to search for a students name and see if they have a punch card or not. Then they should be able to punch their card for them right from the Class Manager app page for their specific class.
Punch Cards are our most popular item, but they are to tricky for people to figure out how to use! Once a student has bought a card, there are just Too many steps to use it...
Agree would be great to punch their card direct from Class manager. Huge delay of students trying to enter the class due to either manual punch card or Q-code scan method by the time they find it. I see this thread is nearly 12 months in so must be due for simpler method soon??
Ugh- disappointed to read this. I was hoping it was just me and the process was simplified. We have a lot of online adult students from our prior business we are getting ready to market this too. It is sounding like this is not going to work. We had someone buy one and try to register for a class and it still told her she had to pay a fee. Please simplify this like punchpass has it.
