Ability to include trial and makeup students in emails/texts sent to classes.

On some occasions, we have to cancel all classes due to weather, or certain classes due to instructor emergency. When emailing a class or classes using the robomailer or texter we are asked whether or not to include non-recital students, teachers, assistants, other family contacts, etc. For class cancellations, time is of the essence, and it would speed things up if we had the option to add trials and makeups to these communications. Currently, the only method I am aware of for getting this information to students who are not yet registered is to pull the trial and makeup class reports separately, but the makeup class report only shows the class the student missed, not the class they are attending as a makeup, so this also ends up taking more time than it should.
