Message at the top of Appointment/Private Lesson

On so many pages of the Parent Portal we are able to add a custom message to the top. I want to be able to do this for the page where parents/dancers register for a private lesson. It would be so helpful to put a reminder of payment policies for private lessons right there at the top so parents can't claim to have not known.
