A way to make families inactive without checking each account for future enrollment

There should be a way that you can make families inactive without going into each account that isn't registered in a current class to make sure that they aren't scheduled for a trial or future program. We offer summer camps and cannot go through the entire list of parents without classes to check to see who is registered or not. If we make a family inactive then they are removed from the roster.
