Add custom date field for when a skill is achieved

In the Skills and Abilities screen, there needs to be a "Achievement Date" button so we can precisely pinpoint when a skill or ability has been confirmed or achieved. Often we dont get to this area until after the achievement has happened. As it is right now, it records it as if it happened on the date when you add it to the account with the Date Added field. Keep that but add the option for us to note exactly when that achievement happened proper chornological review?
