Include Co-Teacher in class registration and live lists

At the moment, only the "Class Instructor" for a given class is listed on the class registration portal and the class "live schedule"

As ALL of our classes have both LEAD & FOLLOW instructors, we have a hard requirement to either list ALL or NONE of the teachers ... listing only one (e.g. the male lead) is a seriously bad look in this day & age.

Please update your system to allow the studio to list both (or better yet, ALL) assigned teacher/instructors for a given class.
