Whenever you send a Robo text, it is just a generalized number. So it's very confusing for customers. A competing studio uses the same software and sends the customers messages. If one of my customers unsubscribes from the other studio it only unsubscribes them from email not from text. I always put my studio name in my text message, but the other studio does not. Recently, my customers have been getting confused because they're receiving messages from the other studio saying that they are closed or open etc and they think that it's us. I think that we should either have different numbers for each studio or it should say "message from ,with the studio name" so that it doesn't take up our characters in the body and customers know who is communicating with them
