One receipt for multiple transactions

It would be much more convenient if receipts could list multiple transactions instead of sending 3 separate emails if a parent paid for 3 different fees at once. I have many parents who will pay tuition, water charges, costumes, and competition fees in one transaction. So then I have to send 4 separate emails for each receipt. I would love if they could all be listed on one receipt therefore only one email sent!
