Students should be able to remove themselves from drop-in using a punch card

If I student signs up for a drop in using a punch card, and realizes they can no longer go, they should be able to remove themselves from the list - not only admins. This will allow others to sign up in their place, and not give the teachers a false list of who is showing up for class.
