VAT option for studios in the UK

It would be great if when setting up Sales Tax I could select that I am in the UK so that the tax that is added on checkout says "VAT" instead of "Tax". We don't pay "Tax" in the UK, we pay "VAT" and are not used to this terminology. This would be much clearer for my parents who currently can be lead to think this is some random tax we have applied ourselves.
