Parents receive an automatic absent email if they log the absence in Parent Portal.

Our automatic absent email lists the number of absences a dancer has in that class. Currently, if the parent logs an absence themselves through the Parent Portal, they don't receive the absent email and are unaware of the number of absences their dancer has had in that class.
