Adding instructor name and location in "Trial Students by Date" report

It would be easier to see which instructor and location has the most trials in day.

From there, we would be able to plan which staff would be in certain locations.

Hence, would appreciate it if the report could be in this format: Student Name, Class, Days, Trial Start, Trial End, Outcome, Location, Instructor Name. Thank you!
