I have a lead in lead center that has enrolled in classes, however their conversation is still showing up in the inactive messages? Is there a way to remove conversations?
This would be very helpful, we have had a few folks ask to stop contacting, which we do as the lead, however the sms conversation remains and it gets confusing.
