Use phrase 'posted' when charges are posted, instead of 'charged'.

On appointments as well as other areas, when charges or tuition is posted to the account, please write POSTED. Right now it says the account has been charged, which makes staff think that the credit card was charged. Please write 'posted' for posted charges, and 'charged' for payments taken on the account
