Student Evaluations/Recommendations: Done by Instructors

It would be helpful to the admin teams and/or studio owner if the teachers could recommend class placement within their settings of each dancer in their class vs. having access as a user to the system. They could have access to say move up or stay at same level, recommended for pointe, company, etc.
