Many as expressed they were confused on the trials until I told them to click on the "Schedule Trial" even though it just looks part of a description. Some families also saw the "Schedule Trial" and thought that checking the box was scheduling the trial, but in reality they registered for the class itself.
This is happening to us all the time!! I've had three people enrol in 2 days instead of book trials. Although we spell it out in our email to enquiries, they all Tick the box next to the class. Can trial be moved to next to enrol / drop in / TRIAL and remove the hyperlink all together?!
