If you add student name to the POS sale, then we should have the option to email them a copy of the sales order (which includes the details of their purchase, similar to the email we receive when we sell any online orders)
I wish I had the option to have emailed receipts sent automatically when processing a payment through the POS. The easiest option I've found is going through the register to the student's transactions and emailing there, but then I have to find my way back to the POS. I've saved it as bookmark on my browser to get back quickly, but it should at least be an option in the POS.

I agree we should be able to do this right from the POS screen. I guess its good we can email a POS sales receipt from the student journal history.
