Make Up Class- When studio is closed due to weather or maybe canceled class

See about adding an option to schedule a make up class in the event the studio might need to cancel and class or close for weather. Right now you can only due make up if the student misses a class, but in the examples above the absence was not due to the studio but studio's decision.

We don't want to mark dancer absent if class was canceled. Doing drop in is an option however it retains the dancers name on the drop in list which confuses our staff if they are scheduled to only come in on a specific date.
