Make column order editable in class sizes chart/graph

It would be really helpful if we could drag and drop, or at least choose which columns show up in the class sizes page.

Also, 'bust' and 'chest' are very similar measurements. I don't need both of those. I would like to see the 'leotard' column more on the left as I use that most frequently. For example I don't use 'shoe' and 'height' but those are the first 2 columns, so I have to continually scroll over to see the columns I need.
