Parents can drop classes online before the season opens

Hi there,

Please can you allow parents to drop classes online via the parent portal BEFORE a Season is open.

I'm sure this used to be a feature in the past; parents register for classes for a future season, if they make a mistake during registration, they were able to drop the class.

But I now see this feature only works once the season is active/open. it would be very helpful if they can drop it before the season opens as quite a few parents make mistakes during class registrations.
