Consent to participate in upcoming performance to include video recording consent

we have upcoming performances where parents are required to give consent for their child to take part. This has to be specific to the venue and date as opposed to general permission.

This could also include consent for video recording of the performance .

It would be extremely helpful to have an easy way to see who has given permission also so that we can follow up on who is or is not taking part in terms of logistics and also choreography.

It could be delivered in the format of being able to add a show to parent portals which then has a consent section for various things and also an area to add a costume fee/ hire fee, area to order video recordings and pay for these etc. it could also include a timetable section for the day.

On a simpler level an area that parents can see consent requests to different events or proceedings (maybe similar to the waiver area) would be hugely beneficial.
