Show available but not booked special appointment times on calandar

Hi

We'd like to see available 'special' appointment times/dates greyed out on the clander so we can see who still has times available at a glance. For example if Perth A has times from 10am to 2pm and then 4pm to 6pm for eligible students we wouldn't know this just by looking at the calander. We would need to either rememeber this (and tell all our admin users this information) or take time and double up on the steps to investigate if, for example, Perth A or B or another teacher does in fact have avilability on certain days at certain times by using the teachers and staff opiton to check their special hours.

If we send out a schdeule of 5 or 6 special appointment days and times for mutilpe teachers we need to know at a glance the avalability to help with extending hours or switching student appointments.

A smoother calander experience overall would be a great assest. Day and time slections and incremenets could be better laid out.
