DSP does not show by default when things are a link. Case in point is the Documents section of the Parent Portal. When clicked, it shows DOCUMENTS as a bullet point, but there is no indication that it is a link to click. It would be helpful to have a hover action so the word changes showing its a link. Same problem exists with Tickets as it just looks like words on a screen, but nowhere to take action.
This is a huge issue for our parents with the latest UI upgrade. For instance, if you click on register and then classes if you have multiple seasons, which we do, you can not tell that non-selected season is a link.
