Change Schedule Trial from text to a box link

Parents often click the box next to the class they want to book a trial for as the 'Schedule Trial' link just looks like text, rather than a clickable link.

We spend hours changing people's bookings and giving instructions on how to book trials, with several people just giving up and going elsewhere for classes.

Please change the Schedule Trial link to a more prominent box, similar to the Drop In/Enrol options.
