Being able to book makeups before the season starts

It would be handy to be able to book makeup classes before the season starts. I've had parents tell me in advance before the season starts that they will be absent for a regular class and they would like to book a makeup. I've had to make a note to book the makeups in when the season starts, but as the US is a day behind us I still can't book it in on the morning of the 15th which is our season start date and also the morning of the class these parents would like to do a makeup in.
