I would like to have my parent have the option to choose whether or not they would like to pay in full, in 4 installments or monthly. If this could be possible that would be great. So, when we post tuition it will automatically know what accounts to correctly correspond with based off their payment plan preference. For example, tuition is posted a 4-installment account would show up in parent portal as owing $100. A full pay one time account would show up as $400. A monthly pay account would show up as $40 every month. The second time tuition is posted the 4-installment account would show $100, the pay in full account would show $0 and the monthly account would show $40 again. Until all accounts show 0 or whatever the case may be individually for each account. I hope I explained this correctly. Of course, with due dates and late fees given each companies policy.
I fully support this feature! For classes that run either for the full year or even just half a year, we often like to offer families the option to enroll in an installment-based payment plan. Each studio owner has a unique plan that works best for them and their studio families, so having more flexibility in customizing these plans would make things easier for us and ensure our families are satisfied.
