Add Photo Opt out option right at registration

I have alot of students who are no-share of photos and videos however they can never find the waiver section to opt out for do not want to register because they are forced to accept sharing photos as a term when creating an account. There should be an opt out option right at registration so parents dont have to go and find the other waiver to opt out. Parents get overwhelmed trying to find everything in their portal and I end up having to do manual overrides for these things after the fact
